Im in 8th grader and i need to get my grades up for english?

I have a F in english b/c i missed a few days in school and i can't get it up and i am in a reading class and there reading "To kill a mocking bird" At my house its hard to consentrate b/c there are to many desratcions and i cant go to 9th hour b/c the teachers there will tell me to get my work out and i dont want to sas them back and i need my grade up in three weeks at least to a C so then i wont get kicked out of cheer-leading and im usally have A's and B's but i m also trying to get money by fundrasing for cheerleading im painting my uncles house after school so i come home around 8 ish but 8 30s my bed time for me and my mom wont let me use the computer to listen to it on youtube. and my teacher hands out worksheet to make sure were not doesing off in class or lacking behind and im stressing about that to. I cry so much at home that i can't get cought up in the book. Is this possable???? Please help me i need to pass my english class!!!!!!! :'(
