How to get rid of this dress?

I bought a dress for this concert. Its strapless with a diamond thing on the cleavage and cheetah print. I think it looks cheap on me, but it's from one of those crappy local mall stores so I can't return it and store credit isn't available after 2 weeks. Such crap. So, I'm not going to Plato's Closet because they only gave me 15$ for Big Star jeans (originally 100$) and a top with tags. Any suggestions??
