Window pops up, disappears, and cursor freezes at start up?

For a few weeks now, only my Owner account on my Windows XP has been acting weird. The mouse would work perfectly fine for a few seconds at startup, then a window would pop up (it was too fast for me to see what it was) and disappear straight away. Right after it disappears, my cursor freezes, forcing me to use the keyboard to navigate. This does not happen on my Guest account. I've deleted most of the programs I had running at startup besides Super Anti Spyware free edition and my printer's software. Could SAS be the problem? I'm trying to keep deleting SAS as a last resort. Is there any way I can fix this?
