What's the highest elite military branch of the United Kingdom?

I understand that the SAS and the SBS are the best of the best, elite of the elite in the UK Special Forces. If so, does the line of military special forces of the UK end there? Also, are the SBS And SAS equivalent to the Green Berets or Delta Force of the US? Thanks!
